In the fluster of buying an almost $400 ticket, I clicked to book through a third party that doesn't allow refunds. No one ever paged me to discuss this prior to departure! And do you know how much Guatemala asked about my onward travel? Zero. They also said I had 5 minutes to book something or I would miss the flight.
